To get things looking right on this bordered background you must use three table columns instead of two.   This keeps the contents of your webpage from running over to the right hand border.  You can use a clear gif per the instructions on my  Bordered Background entry page, or you can deliniate the width of the table rows. The left hand side cell is 150 pixels, the middle 475, and the right hand cell is 150 pixels.
