 In order to keep your text and graphics from overlapping onto the left hand border you must use tables and a clear GIF. You can find a clear GIF HERE. When you go to the page you will not see anything, but save it to your computer the way you would any other graphic. Just click on the empty page.

The width of the clear GIF can be changed to anything you want. Most of the backgrounds are from 50 to 160 pixels. Experiment: use whatever works for you.
